Model and render a Bottle opener

I took a break from engineering posts this weekend to participate in the Instagram #renderweekly design challenge. This weeks challenge was to model and render a bottle opener, I thought this was a good opportunity to develop my knowledge of rendering wood, my objective was to use natural materials and give this a nice vintage look, hopefully I have achieved this. This has definitly helped me gain more knowledge rendering wood material, which can be tricky, I still feel there is a long way to go with this and plenty more learning to be done. Anyway here is the results!
